The popular Japanese singer Ado has officially signed a record deal with American record label Geffen Records to release music in the United States. The deal was signed after Ado recently celebrated her 20th birthday on October 24. 214b5u
In a Twitter video announcement, she said that she is excited to Geffen Records, and that she hopes to be able to tour in the US and other countries.
Meanwhile, Tom March, the president of Geffen Records, also expressed his excitement about Ado ing the music label roster. March mentioned the success of the recent One Piece Film: Red, which is coming globally in November as a factor to the Ado record deal.

Ado provided the singing voice for Uta in the One Piece Film: Red anime movie, primarily for the theme song ““Kaze no Yukue” featuring Motohiro Hata.
The Geffen Records deal by Ado also coincides with her nationwide live tour called “Shinkiro”. The tour will take place from December 2022 to January 2023, where she will have 10 performances in six different locations in Japan.
Geffen Records is owned by Universal Music Group under its Interscope records imprint.
