Mashle: Magic and Muscles Season 2 opening, which features “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” by Creepy Nuts, sured two million views in less than a week since it was shared on Aniplex’s official YouTube channel. The second season of the anime premiered on January 6. It will cover the Divine Visionary Candidate Exam arc 142h11
Shun Enokido storyboarded and directed the opening, with Hisashi Higashijima as the animation director. Creepy Nuts’ R-shitei wrote the lyrics for the “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” song, while DJ Matsunaga composed the music. The duo previously composed the theme songs for Call of the Night anime. The series was named after their “Yofukashi no Uta” song, which was also the ending theme, and they did the opening “Daten” and “Loss Time” insert song.
A-1 Pictures is animating the Mashle: Magic and Muscles sequel with Tomoya Tanaka as the director. Yosuke Kuroda is once again in charge of the series composition. The anime uses character designs by Hisashi Tojima. Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku is performing the ending theme song, titled “Tokyo’s Way!”:
The anime is based on a manga by Hajime Komoto, which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine from January 2020 to July of this year. The manga has a total of 162 chapters. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime and describes the plot as:
