SiM, Burnout Syndromes Among Headliners at Crunchyroll Expo’s Music Fest 481f30

Japanese rock bands SiM and Burnout Syndromes are among the music artists that will headline the Crunchyroll Expo’s Music Fest, set to take place between August 5 and 7 this year. Other Japanese music artists that are included in the lineup include ATARASHII GAKKO! and Shihori. 205652

As the music guest lineup has been completed, it is also announced that SiM will be performing “The Rumbling” live for the first time. The song was used as the theme song of Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2. This also marks the band’s first performance in the United States.

Burnout Syndromes are also a well-known name for anime fans, a band that has performed the theme songs for Haikyuu!! series, including “FLY HIGH!!”, “Hikariare”, and “Phoenix”. They also sang theme songs for Dr. Stone and Gintama.

Other artists that are included in Crunchyroll Expo’s Music Fest namely (top row) ATARASHII GAKKO! and Shihori, (bottom row) Sevenn, James Landino, Young Bombs

Other artists that complete the lineup include American artist/producer Kevin Brauer who is known as Sevenn, music composer and DJ James Landino, and Canadian electronic duo Young Bombs. The music fest will be hosted by the VTuber agency PRISM Project’s talents. Fans who are attending in-person will have exclusive access to the Music Fest, which will not be broadcast outside the show.

Said music fest is part of Crunchyroll Expo, an annual event that celebrates all things anime, featuring unique s, exclusive merchandise, and world premieres. This year’s show–which is hosted at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California–will both be in-person and online, with select s available on demand from August 5–7, 2022, with an additional digital replay available until August 9, 2022.
